Senior Manager / Director, Information Security

We are seeking a Senior Manager/Director of Information Security to ensure comprehensive safety, quality, and security in our products and services, with a focus on cybersecurity and information security. The successful candidate will drive security risk management, ensure regulatory compliance, and strengthen security governance across diverse business domains, including vehicle cybersecurity, digital platforms, smart city infrastructure, and enterprise security.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical, electronic, or information engineering
• At least 10 years of relevant professional experience
• Thorough understanding of automotive cybersecurity standards (ISO/SAE 21434, UNECE UN-R155, UNECE UN-R156)
• Information security standards (ISO/IEC 27001/27002, ISO/IEC 27005)
• Infrastructure/IoT security standards (IEC 62443, ISO/IEC 27400)
• Risk management standards (ISO 31000)
• Experience working at an OEM and familiar with the automotive industry
• Business-level proficiency in Japanese (equivalent to JLPT N1) and business-level proficiency in English
