Strategy & Operations Manager, Enterprise Technology

We are looking for a Strategy & Operations Manager to join our Enterprise Technology team in Tokyo. The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in strategy & management consulting roles or in business strategy/planning, program management, or business operations within leading organizations or startups.

Requirements

• Conduct yearly planning, performance tracking, and reporting, ensuring alignment with team goals
• Manage budgeting, actuals, purchasing, and cost optimization initiatives in collaboration with Finance, Procurement, and other teams
• Facilitate resource/hiring planning and tracking in collaboration with Finance and HR
