Electro-Mechanical Technician - 2nd Shift

The 2nd Shift Electro-Mechanical Technician at Wow Bao is responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems within the manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems in manufacturing equipment.
• Install and maintain components such as switches, circuits, motors, and other machinery.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks to avoid breakdowns and minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all maintenance work performed and inventory of spare parts.
• Operate machinery during test runs and inspections to ensure proper functionality.
• Collaborate with other departments to determine solutions to complex issues.
• Identify potential safety hazards and take appropriate measures to prevent accidents.
• Follow established safety procedures and regulations at all times.
• Assist with the installation, setup, and calibration of new equipment or upgrades.
• Train new technicians and operators on the proper use and maintenance of machinery.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
