The HR Lead will own the day-to-day HR function end-to-end for approximately 90 –100 employees on a global scale, responsible for building and maintaining a consistent employee experience, ensuring strong compliance foundations, administering benefits, and implementing scalable performance and engagement systems.
Requirements
- Serve as primary HR contact for employee support and guidance
- Own onboarding and offboarding workflows, ensuring consistency and compliance
- Maintain employee records, documentation, and HR policies
- Standardize and continuously improve HR processes
- Own HR compliance across federal, state, and local requirements
- Manage documentation, audits, and required reporting through Rippling
- Partner with leadership and legal counsel as needed on employee relations matters
- Ensure consistent handling of employee issues and investigations
- Administer company benefits programs and serve as employee resource
- Improve benefits communication and enrollment processes
- Partner with brokers/vendors to optimize plans and cost efficiency
- Build and manage lightweight performance management cadence
- Increase adoption of goal-setting and performance tracking tools (Rippling)
- Implement and leverage employee engagement measurement
- Drive recognition programs and internal communication cadence
- Support culture initiatives aligned with company values
- Own HRIS administration (Rippling)
- Provide monthly People metrics update to leadership (wins, risks, decisions needed)
- Track HR operational metrics and recommend improvements
- Ownership of onboarding processes
- Ownership of offboarding processes
- Ownership of salary updates (raises, promotions, comp changes in system)
