End User Services Engineer

WPP is hiring an End User Services Engineer to provide on-site support services to WPP employees, agencies, and visiting clients. The role involves delivering world-class support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of technology equipment and services. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in IT help desk/desk side support and strong cross-platform experience in Windows and Mac, along with working knowledge of AV technology.
