IT Support Engineer

WPP is seeking an IT Support Engineer to provide on-site support services to WPP employees, agencies, and visiting clients in Lisbon, Portugal. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering world-class support services, providing technical assistance, and escalating issues to infrastructure and management teams as needed.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in an IT help desk/desk side support role
• Strong cross-platform experience in Windows and Mac, along with working knowledge of AV technology
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Can-do attitude
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and set priorities appropriately
• Able to maintain professional demeanor under stress while remaining friendly and approachable
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Portuguese
