The Head of Digital Experience will lead and scale Wpromote's website, CRO, and technical account management capabilities, overseeing a team of digital experience professionals and nearshore development partners. This leader will elevate technical standards, drive scalable processes, and connect digital experience work directly to performance outcomes.

- Defining and evolving Wpromote's website and digital experience strategy
- Establishing clear delivery standards and quality benchmarks
- Managing the P&L of the Digital Experience department
- Driving technical architecture decisions and best practices
- Elevating CRO capabilities and embedding experimentation frameworks
- Introducing structure to delivery workflows, QA checkpoints, and estimation practices
- Building scalable workflows, QA processes, and documentation standards
- Partnering cross-functionally with SEO, Content Marketing, Paid Media, Analytics, Lifecycle, and Client Services
- Ensuring major experience initiatives begin with clearly defined growth objectives and measurable success criteria
- Acting as the senior technical escalation point for complex client engagements
- Ensuring delivery excellence across timelines, budgets, and performance expectations
- Formalizing post-launch performance reviews
- Guiding technical roadmaps and resource planning
- Contributing to executive planning and innovation conversations
