The Role: Paid Social Senior Manager for Wpromote. Provide strategic ownership of full-funnel paid social advertising campaigns. Combination of advanced paid social strategy, measurement modernization, cross-functional pod leadership, and platform/partner stewardship. Dedicated to cultivating curiosity and driving results while having fun along the way.
Requirements
- 5+ years of paid media experience (paid social, paid search, and/or media buying) in an agency or client environment, with progressively increasing account ownership.
- Hands-on experience building, optimizing, analyzing, reporting, and applying experimental design across major paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snap, Reddit, Pinterest, LinkedIn, X, Nextdoor, Google).
- Strong technical fluency with measurement methodologies, including incrementality, MMM, server-to-server integrations, and CAPI/SDK, with experience putting these into production or partnering closely with analytics and data engineering teams.
- Proven client and stakeholder management experience, including leading QBRs, developing executive-ready narratives, and aligning cross-functional partners.
- Experience working with clean-room integrations or enterprise measurement programs.
- Prior responsibility for platform partner engagement at the client level, including advocating for alpha and beta access, technical integration support, and collaboration with Marketing Science and Creative Shop teams.
