Crew Leader

Wright Tree Service is seeking a Crew Leader to supervise a line clearance crew and plan daily work. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in tree trimming or clearing, excellent leadership skills, and a basic knowledge of trees and electrical circuits.

Requirements

• Supervise a line clearance crew and plan daily work
• Assign work for individual crew members and direct crew in performing work according to accepted line clearance practices
• Recognize poisonous plants and use proper safeguard against them
• Enforce safe work practices and conduct safety training
• Communicate professionally with the general public, customers, and fellow employees
• Possess a valid commercial driver's license and be able to pass a pre-employment drug test
• Maintain a herbicide applicator or operator's certification and license
• Have valid First-Aid and CPR cards
