Job Description
Wright Tree Service is seeking a Crew Leader to supervise a line clearance crew and plan daily work. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a basic knowledge of trees, and experience working on tree trimming or clearing crews.
Requirements
- 3+ years' experience working on tree trimming or clearing crews
- Excellent leadership skills and ability to handle stressful situations
- Basic knowledge of trees, including identification, growth habits, and correct arboricultural techniques
- Ability to communicate professionally, both verbal and in writing
- Enforces on-the-job safety practices
- Ability to wear necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL)
- Valid medical card to drive company vehicles 10,001 lb GVWR or GVW and greater
- Herbicide applicator or operators certification and license
- First-Aid and CPR cards
