WRS Health is seeking a strategic and execution-focused LinkedIn Specialist to drive lead generation, brand positioning, and talent sourcing efforts within the healthcare and technology space. This role will own and optimize our LinkedIn ecosystem across Sales, Marketing, and Recruiting functions, ensuring we fully leverage LinkedIn as a growth engine.
Requirements
- Manage and optimize LinkedIn Sales Navigator for targeted prospecting within U.S.-based medical practices
- Build and maintain strategic lead lists aligned with WRS Health’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
- Develop and publish LinkedIn content supporting brand awareness, thought leadership, and sales initiatives
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to align LinkedIn strategy with pipeline and revenue goals
- Monitor engagement metrics, response rates, and conversion performance to continuously optimize strategy
- Support campaign initiatives, product announcements, and industry-specific messaging
- Lead and optimize recruitment sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and Recruiter Lite
- Build targeted talent pipelines for sales, marketing, tech, and healthcare roles
- Partner with HR and hiring managers to develop proactive sourcing campaigns aligned with workforce planning
- Track sourcing performance metrics including response rates, pipeline health, and time-to-engagement
