Job Description
WRS Health is seeking a LinkedIn Specialist to drive lead generation, brand positioning, and talent sourcing efforts within the healthcare and technology space.
Requirements
- Proven expertise using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for B2B lead generation
- Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and/or Recruiter Lite for sourcing and talent acquisition
- Experience in healthcare, health tech, SaaS, or selling to medical practices is strongly preferred
- Background in outbound sales strategy, ICP targeting, social selling, and recruitment marketing
- Familiarity with CRM systems, ATS platforms, and sales reporting tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and improve performance metrics across sales and recruiting funnels
