Job Description
We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide ABA therapy to children and young adults ages 2–21, implementing individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Speech, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field, or prior experience working as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- Interest in working with children and young adults with autism or developmental disabilities
- Strong communication, observation, and interpersonal skills
