Job Description
We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our clinical team at Goshen Speech & Hearing Center. The RBT will provide ABA therapy to children and young adults ages 2–21, primarily those with autism or other developmental disabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Speech, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
- Prior experience working as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- Interest in working with children and young adults with autism or developmental disabilities
- Strong communication, observation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented clinical environment
