Job Description
The Senior Staff Accountant is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day accounting operations for a developer portfolio of approximately 20 properties. This includes managing month-end close and reconciliation process, reviewing financial statements, and supervising staff accountants.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Experience with Yardi property management software is a plus
- Previous supervisory experience is a plus
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Competence in Microsoft Office Suite/Office 365
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict reporting deadlines
