Job Description
We are seeking an AI Engineer to join our newly established AI Accelerator team and contribute to our global digital strategy. As an AI Engineer, you will design and build prototype AI solutions that address real-world challenges and work closely with experts across WSP UK and Ireland.
Requirements
- Proven experience in designing and developing AI solutions, preferably within cloud environments such as Azure
- Experience with Azure based AI technologies such as Azure AI Foundry
- Experience working with LLMs and Agentic AI on real-world problems
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and natural language processing techniques
- Strong inter-personal skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Experience with deploying AI models into production environments
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation in AI technologies
