WSP is seeking an Assistant Vice President, Environmental Planning for the Southern California geography. The role will lead client coordination, support cross-selling efforts, and foster a collaborative work environment. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in environmental planning, leadership, and business development.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience with a Bachelor’s Degree in Planning, Environmental Science, Public Policy, or related discipline
- Experience with professional environmental services as a consultant or client
- Demonstrated experience of leadership, personal accountability, persistence, and growth
- Ability to innovate and re-think the conventional approach to client and employee engagement
- Strong business acumen
- Sound decision-making, strategic and visionary thinking, and creative business development capabilities
- Strongly established relevant client relationships and industry contacts in the local area
