WSP is seeking an Assistant Vice President, Transportation Planning for the Southern California geography. This role is responsible for managing local client coordination, supporting cross-selling efforts, and fostering a work environment that values inclusion and diversity.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience with a Bachelor’s Degree in Planning, Public Policy, or related discipline
- Experience with professional environmental services as a consultant or client
- Demonstrated experience of leadership, personal accountability, persistence, and growth
- Ability to innovate and re-think the conventional approach to client and employee engagement
- Strong business acumen
- Sound decision-making, strategic and visionary thinking, and creative business development capabilities
