Associate Director - Liveable Places

WSP is seeking an Associate Director to lead the Liveable Places team in delivering sustainable transport solutions. The successful candidate will have a civil engineering degree, chartered membership, and experience in highway, transport, and road safety engineering. They will be responsible for leading project teams, managing budgets, and engaging with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Civil engineering degree or equivalent
• Chartered membership of a relevant professional body
• Proven ability to lead and manage project teams and individuals
• Proven ability to successfully deliver projects
• Proven track record in project management and financial control
• Passion for mentoring and developing talent
• Highway, transport, traffic signals and road safety engineering experience
• Excellent ability to engage with stakeholders
