Job Description
WSP is seeking an Associate Engineer to join their Liveable Places team. The role involves leading on delivering schemes from concept to delivery, working with clients to achieve their sustainable transport needs, and managing project teams and individuals. The role is based in one of WSP's offices in Leeds, London, Newcastle, or Southampton, with flexible working options.
Requirements
- Civil engineering degree, transport planning degree, or equivalent
- Chartered membership of a relevant professional body (desirable)
- Knowledge of current transport policy and standards
- Proven ability to support work winning and grow the Liveable Places team
- Proven ability to lead and manage project teams and individuals
- Proven track record in project management and financial control
- Passion for mentoring and developing talent
- Transport, road safety, parking, and traffic engineering experience
- Good spoken and written communication skills
