Requirements
- Extensive experience in bridge and highway structures design, assessment, and project management
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and deliver complex infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of UK highways standards and contract documentation (e.g. DMRB, NEC4)
- Good communication and client relationship building skills
