Job Description
WSP is seeking a Full-Time Bridge Inspection Team Leader to support its robust and growing Bridge Inspection Practice in the Southeast Region. The position involves leading bridge inspections, generating reports, and performing engineering calculations. The selected candidate must have a strong background in bridge design and/or inspection, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in a construction related discipline or relevant construction related job experience
- 3+ years of experience in bridge design and/or bridge inspection
- NHI Course 130055 Safety Inspection of In-Service Bridges Certificate
- Proficient self-discipline with attention to detail, multi-tasking, and prioritization of responsibilities
- Competent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Physically capable of performing field work
- Proficiency/Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Ability to work schedules conducive to project-specific requirements
- Proven track record of upholding workplace safety
