The Proposals Coordinator role forms part of a dedicated Transport and Infrastructure Business Development and Proposals team, responsible for all aspects of work winning across the Roads, Civils and Intelligent Infrastructure business units. The role encompasses support to work winning activities across the capture and convert phases of the WSP winning work lifecycle, coordinating the interfaces between business leaders, technical staff and others in the proposals team to produce high-quality, compelling submissions.
Requirements
- Proposal coordination & process management
- Facilitating the delivery of bids or parts of bids/PQQs
- Planning and facilitating adherence to programmes
- Conducting market research and analysis, client and competitor intelligence for pursuits
- Contributing to proposal winning strategies
- Formulating overall structure of the proposal submission
- Working with technical authors to convert knowledge into winning solutions and proposals
- Writing and supporting impactful, tailored, technically differentiated bid content
- Collating proposal feedback from all members of the project proposal team
- Administering Decision to Bid gateway process
- Maintain an awareness of WSPâs business strategy, services, people and projects to support the preparation of proposals and work winning strategies
