We are looking for a Senior Proposals Co-ordinator to coordinate and manage bids across a sector or multiple disciplines, under the guidance of a Proposals Manager / Senior Proposals Manager, supporting activities from early engagement through to submission and post-bid learning.
Requirements
- Experience coordinating and supporting proposals or bids in a professional services environment.
- Good understanding of the bid lifecycle, including early engagement, planning, content development, review coordination and submission.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to structure, draft, and edit clear, persuasive and compliant working collaboratively with subject matter experts.
- Excellent organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple inputs, priorities and deadlines while maintaining high quality standards.
- A strong quality mindset and attention to detail - able to spot gaps, inconsistencies and compliance risks early.
- A proactive and collaborative approach, with the confidence to take ownership of coordination activities and contribute positively within bid teams.
- Experience collating, storing and reusing work winning content to support efficient, consistent and highâquality bid delivery.
- Experience of using digital tools and AI to support collaboration, content management and productivity, with a focus on continuous improvement.
