Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experience CAD Technician – Civils (Highways) to join our US-GCC T&I Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining Roadways engineering drawings using Autodesk and Bentley software.
Requirements
- Preparation of drawings including conceptual sketches and detailed construction drawings
- Reviewing drawings to ensure compliance with Client drafting standards
- Responsible for CAD tasks as directed by the Senior CAD and Engineers
- Ensuring that quality procedures are implemented and maintained
- Provide regular work status updates, including risks or concerns, to line manager
- Ensure that Health & Safety is embedded into all work practices in line with company policies
- Develop expertise and stay up to date of developments in Drafting skills
- Coordinate with a multi-disciplinary project team
- Carry out audits of adherence to WSP Management and Quality processes and implement corrective measures where required
