Job Description
Join a team that’s shaping the future of transportation infrastructure across Canada. WSP is currently seeking a Contract Administrator to support our high-impact transportation projects. You’ll be part of a dynamic and experienced team, working primarily from a dedicated project site office to oversee and manage construction contracts.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 MTO or equivalent municipal contracts administered, including 2 projects valued at $20M+
- Graduate of a Civil Engineering Technology or Civil Engineering university program
- Certified by OACETT with the RCCA designation or registered with PEO as a P.Eng. (required)
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Solid understanding of OPS standards, drawings, and legislative requirements for road and highway construction
- Familiarity with construction methods, materials, and quality assurance practices
