The Coordinator, Document Controls role at WSP involves setting up and maintaining project document control environments, processing transmittals and submissions, and responding to internal and external queries. The successful candidate will have between 4 to 7 years of hands-on document control experience and proficiency in document management systems such as InEight, Aconex, SharePoint, and BIM 360.
Requirements
- Between 4 to 7 years of hands-on document control experience in engineering, EPC/EPCM, construction or closely related industries
- Strong proficiency with document management systems such as InEight, Aconex, SharePoint, and BIM 360
- Deep understanding of document workflows, transmittals, revision control, and industry documentation standards
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and accuracy
- Agility to juggle multiple priorities and switch tasks rapidly in response to shifting project demands and deadlines
- Experience mentoring or coaching other document control professionals or project coordinators (an asset)
