Job Description
WSP is seeking a Technical Director to join their Remediation Program Management team in Vancouver, BC, and other locations. The role involves technical direction of a large portfolio of downstream oil and gas sites with a focus on remediation, potentially supporting midstream and upstream projects. WSP emphasizes a strong culture of inclusion, a commitment to employee growth, and a collaborative environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, geoscience, or another relevant discipline.
- 10 – 15 years of experience providing Technical Direction of contaminated sites in British Columbia.
- Eligible or immediately eligible to register as a Professional in British Columbia (i.e., P. Ag, P.Chem P.Eng, P.Geo, RPBio).
- Strong understanding of the British Columbia Contaminated Sites Regulation, and Environmental Management Act.
- Good communication skills.
