Job Description
As a Real Estate Advisor in Technical Due Diligence Building Technology at WSP, you will work on various real estate-related assignments, such as technical, commercial, sustainable, and environmental risk assessments, and project management. You will have the opportunity to work on different projects, take responsibility, and develop and drive your own assignments. The role involves working with assessments of existing and older buildings, building structure, climate scale, and surface condition, and collaborating with colleagues in other technical areas.
Requirements
- Background in building construction, specifically in maintenance, status assessments, inspection, or technical management
- Several years of experience as a consultant
- Good language skills in Swedish and English
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with colleagues
- Comfortable working in projects where you drive your own responsibilities and take initiative
