We are a cohesive team within the Real Estate group at WSP, working on technical due diligence, real estate development, and investment advisory services. We work with clients on real estate-related issues, providing reports to help them make informed decisions. Our focus is on continuous development and working with the entire value chain in the real estate sector.

Requirements

• 10 years of experience in installation, focusing on maintenance, status assessments, inspections, project management, or technical management
• Good experience and assessments of existing and older buildings, and specifically their technical installations
• Language skills in Swedish and English
• Team player with good collaboration skills
• Ability to work in projects where you drive your own responsibilities, take the initiative, and prioritize work on short notice
