Geotechnical Engineer

Join our team of ambitious, passionate, and innovative world shapers as a Geotechnical Engineer at WSP. You'll work on a range of projects from conventional to complex assignments in the area of foundations, infrastructure, and transportation. You'll conduct geotechnical and geo-environmental projects, work on project management, and provide mentorship and support to junior staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in civil (Geotechnical) or Geological Engineering from an accredited institution
• Postgraduate degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Geotechnical Engineering is an asset
• Registration (or eligible for registration) as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng) in a Canadian province
• 3 to 5+ years of practical engineering experience relevant to a variety of projects
• Strong written and oral communication (English) skills with strong skills in report writing and proposal writing
• Strong leadership skills with a genuine desire to mentor and develop individuals and teams
• Unrestricted Class 5 Driver's License that is valid in the province of Manitoba
