Lead Geotechnical Engineer

As a Lead Geotechnical Engineer in our GTA West Group, you'll lead complex projects end-to-end and help shape the future of geotechnical design across Ontario.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Geological, or Geotechnical Engineering (Master's or PhD preferred)
• 12+ years of consulting experience in geotechnical engineering, including business development and project leadership
• Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) registration with PEO
• Expertise in geotechnical analysis, design, and applicable codes and standards
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and experience presenting technical topics to clients
• Valid Ontario driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
