As a Senior Geotechnical Engineer, you'll lead complex geotechnical projects, mentor future technical leaders, and collaborate with clients and partners to build a stronger, more resilient North.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Geotechnical or Civil Engineering (Master's degree is an asset).
- Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation in Ontario.
- 10+ years of geotechnical engineering experience, ideally with exposure to northern or remote projects.
- Deep technical knowledge of soil mechanics, foundations, slope stability, embankments, and ground improvement methods.
- Proficiency in geotechnical modelling and design software.
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams with confidence and clarity.
- Strong client engagement skills and a passion for community-building in Northern Ontario.
