Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, with a current membership in the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec
- Proven senior experience in hydroelectricity and dams, including high-complexity or high-security-impact projects
- Recognized expertise in multidisciplinary project management, covering planning, cost control, risk management, and governance
- Excellent strategic communication skills, both verbally and in writing, with technical and executive audiences
- Bilingual French-English, due to frequent collaborations with Anglophone clients and partners, often located outside Quebec
- Valid ASP Construction card and availability for occasional travel
- PMP certification and mastery of planning tools such as MS Project or Primavera P6 (important assets)
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, autonomy, and leadership skills
