The Global Senior Manager, MarCom Strategy & Planning role is a pivotal position within the Strategy & Planning team, responsible for shaping the direction of Global Marketing & Communications (MarCom) strategy and operations. This role combines analytical thinking, strategic design, and collaborative leadership to connect business priorities with actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related discipline.
- 12+ years’ experience in marketing strategy, planning, analytics, or operations within a complex, global environment.
- Proven experience leading strategic planning, budgeting, or performance measurement processes.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategic recommendations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills - adept at influencing across a matrixed organization.
- Demonstrated agility and comfort operating across multiple priorities and time horizons.
- Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams spanning analytics, finance, digital, and communications.
- Experience leveraging AI tools to drive efficiency and also deliver value through insights.
- Skilled in Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
