Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related discipline
- 12+ years’ experience in marketing strategy, planning, analytics, or operations within a complex, global environment
- Proven experience leading strategic planning, budgeting, or performance measurement processes
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategic recommendations
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills - adept at influencing across a matrixed organization
- Demonstrated agility and comfort operating across multiple priorities and time horizons
- Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams spanning analytics, finance, digital, and communications
- Experience leveraging AI tools to drive efficiency and also deliver value through insights
- Skilled in Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
