Intermediate Consultant - Commissioning

WSP USA is seeking a Full-time Intermediate Consultant - Commissioning for our New York office. The successful candidate will be responsible for the execution of building commissioning processes, energy auditing, and building retrofit applications.

Requirements

• Knowledge of 480-Volt electrical systems
• Executing / witnessing electrical testing utilizing equipment such as power quality meters
• Knowledge of Uninterruptable Power Supply's (UPS), Back Up Battery Systems, Static Switches (STS), and Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS)
• Experience with witnessing and executing pre-functional, functional, and integrated electrical testing
• Knowledge of NETA, IEEE, and NFPA-70 electrical testing standards
• Knowledge of Short Circuit/Coordination/Arc Flash Studies
• Understanding of the architectural, engineering, and construction industry
• Understanding sustainable design practices or facilities operations (preferred)
• Ability to work independently and under supervision in a highly collaborative team environment
