WSP is seeking an Intermediate Consultant - Commissioning for their New York, NY office. The successful candidate will be part of a growing organization that meets client objectives and solves challenges. The role involves providing local technical assistance for building commissioning projects, conducting research and inspections, and generating accurate documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or closely related discipline.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant post-education experience in building or systems commissioning discipline.
- Excellent research skills with analytical mindset.
- Familiarity with process and concepts for smart building design and technology.
- Familiarity with relevant installation and/or construction laws, codes, regulations, compliance practices, and record-keeping requirements.
- Competent interpersonal and communication skills when interacting with others, expressing ideas effectively and professionally to a technical and non-technical audience.
