Lead Project Counsel – Transportation & Infrastructure

As Project Counsel, you’ll play a key role in some of WSP’s most transformative infrastructure and advisory projects across Canada. Your work helps shape communities, guide large-scale project execution, and strengthen the legal frameworks that support complex, high-impact initiatives.

Requirements

• Licensed to practise law in a Canadian province or territory
• 7+ years of infrastructure, construction, or commercial law experience
• Demonstrated ability to manage the legal aspects of large, multidisciplinary projects
• Strong understanding of Canadian procurement processes and alternative delivery models
• Comfortable navigating complex stakeholder groups and providing decisive legal guidance
• A passion for shaping communities through meaningful, high-impact legal work
