Legal Counsel

Join our Legal Affairs team as Legal Counsel and play a key role supporting major infrastructure, energy, and environmental projects across Canada. Provide legal support for complex contracts and deliver timely legal advice to project teams.

Requirements

• Member in good standing of a Canadian provincial Bar with minimum 3 years’ experience
• Proven experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements in construction and/or engineering environments
• Strong understanding of risk management and business fundamentals
• Experience with major project delivery models (EPCM, design-build, partnerships) is an asset
