Offshore Renewables Lead (Energy)

The Offshore Renewables Lead is a senior leadership role within the Renewable Power Generation team responsible for delivering the offshore engineering strategy across a portfolio of offshore wind and broader marine energy projects.

Requirements

• Degree qualification (or equivalent) in relevant Engineering subject supported with significant post graduate experience
• Chartered Engineer and a member of relevant Engineering Institute
• Significant experience of leading multi-disciplinary consultancy teams in the convention or renewable Energy sector
• Outstanding client focus and a commitment to problem solving in a collaborative way
• Knowledge of the design and construction of power and energy projects
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and work with people at all levels of an organisation
• Ability to deal with conflicting priorities and offer win-win solutions
• Willingness to travel within the UK and overseas, as required by the projects
