Job Description
WSP is seeking Project Coordinators to join our Project Controls team. These roles are out of our offices in Ft. Worth TX, Meridian ID, San Diego CA, and Phoenix AZ.
Requirements
- Working closely with all levels of management and disciplines/departments
- Coordinating & communicating relevant project information to the team
- Providing high-level coordination/administrative support to the client
- Providing proposal & opportunity support in ERP
- Providing pricing tool and change order support
- Acting as liaison between WSP and clients as required
- Scheduling and attending project meetings
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
- Assisting with the management of project/program documents utilizing platforms such as SharePoint, ProjectWise, etc.
- Performing other administrative tasks as assigned
