Job Description
We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Project Controls team. This role will be remote with potential need to visit the office for initial training. You will work closely with management and disciplines/departments, coordinating and communicating project information to the team. Your impact will be in providing high-level coordination/administrative support to the client, acting as a liaison between WSP and clients, and other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- High School diploma
- 5 years of project support/administrative experience
- Experience supporting a high volume of projects
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment
- Intermediate analytical and problem-solving skills
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Strong attention to detail and a good communicator
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
