We are seeking a Rail Signaling Engineer to work on complex Northeast Corridor railroad projects. The successful candidate will contribute to cross-functional teams, develop signaling concepts, and support business development opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a closely related discipline
- More than five years of post-education experience in planning, design, procurement, installation, testing, commissioning, and cutover for signaling and PTC systems for Amtrak or other Northeast Corridor railroads
- Advanced written communication skills
- Highly effective interpersonal communication skills
- Experienced in providing critical review of documents and preparing technical deliverables and plans with a high degree of complexity
- Well-developed critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Immediate availability to work in the US
- Proven track record of upholding workplace safety
- Flexibility to a variety of schedules and ability to prioritize responsibilities
- Occasional travel may be required depending on project-specific requirements
