Job Description
WSP is seeking a Senior Associate to Principal-level Project Manager to join their Geo-Environmental Engineering team in Australia. The successful candidate will lead multidisciplinary projects, mentor professionals, and deliver innovative solutions that make a meaningful impact on communities and the environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
- Postgraduate qualifications in geotechnical engineering or tailings management are highly regarded
- Professional project management experience, ideally with PMP certification
- Proven track record managing multidisciplinary projects in construction or civil infrastructure
- Strong financial acumen, with experience in forecasting, estimating, and cost management
- Proficiency in project scheduling tools (MS Project or Primavera P6 preferred)
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
- Commitment to safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement
