Job Description: WSP's Geo-Environmental Engineering team in Australia is seeking a Senior Associate to Principal-level Project Manager to lead diverse projects, mentor talented professionals, and deliver innovative solutions that make a meaningful impact on both communities and the environment.
Requirements
- Lead and inspire a team of construction and engineering specialists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Manage the full project lifecycle for design and construction (D&C) projects, with a focus on ground engineering, contaminated land, and geo-environmental solutions.
- Oversee project delivery, ensuring outcomes are on time, within budget, and meet or exceed client expectations.
- Drive project performance by managing schedules, costs, risks, revenue, and contract variations, while maintaining robust financial controls and reporting.
- Engage and collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders, including clients, statutory authorities, consultants, sub-contractors, and end-users, to ensure positive and productive relationships.
- Support business development by promoting WSP's capabilities, contributing to proposals, and identifying new opportunities.
- Champion WSP's commitment to health, safety, environment, and sustainability, ensuring all project activities align with best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Mentor and develop junior engineers, sharing technical knowledge and supporting their professional growth.
- Contribute to change management initiatives and recommend improvements to enhance project delivery and client satisfaction.
