Job Description: Seeking a Senior Associate to Principal-level Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary projects from concept to completion, manage project delivery, and champion sustainability. As the Senior Associate to Principal-level Project Manager, you'll ensure excellence in project delivery, foster strong stakeholder engagement, and champion sustainability. This role involves leading a team of construction and engineering specialists, managing project delivery, and supporting business development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
- Postgraduate qualifications in geotechnical engineering or tailings management
- Professional project management experience with PMP certification
- Proven track record managing multidisciplinary projects in construction or civil infrastructure
- Strong financial acumen, with experience in forecasting, estimating, and cost management
- Proficiency in project scheduling tools (MS Project or Primavera P6 preferred)
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
