Senior Leasing Analyst

Shape complex corporate real estate decisions across Canada and LAC as a Senior Leasing Analyst, providing strategic insight and independent judgment to influence business strategy and financial performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional-level experience in corporate real estate, leasing, transaction management, or a comparable strategic function.
• Proven ability to exercise independent judgment when structuring, negotiating, and evaluating real estate transactions.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities, with confidence interpreting complex data to recommend strategic actions.
• Advanced negotiation skills and the ability to engage credibly with senior leaders and external partners.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRE systems such as Yardi or MRI is an asset.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, decision-driven environment.
• Bilingualism in English and French is required, enabling effective collaboration across Canada. Additional languages such as Spanish or Portuguese are considered an asset.
• Professional real estate designations (e.g., MCR, or in progress) are an asset.
