Job Description
WSP is seeking a Senior Overhead Catenary System (OCS) Engineer to lead the development of OCS designs and technical specifications for rail projects, including power distribution design and construction cost estimates. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of relevant experience in engineering and transit/rail experience, with a strong technical writing and analytical skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, or closely related discipline
- 10+ years of relevant post education experience in engineering, prior transit and rail experience, and infrastructure design
- Certifications/Licensure as applicable
- Strong technical writing, analytical and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with an emphasis on quality work products
- Experience in a MicroStation and AutoCAD design environment for the development of Overhead Contact System design drawings
- Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of applications
