Senior / Principal Structural Engineer - Building Structures

Join WSP as a Senior or Principal Engineer in our expanding Building Structures team to deliver prestigious projects and work on challenging schemes from inception to handover.

Requirements

• Degree or HNC/HND qualification in a relevant discipline
• Chartered or following a path to Chartership
• Solid experience in Civil & Structural detailed design
• Detailed working knowledge of national codes and standards
• Proven understanding of the design process and ability to demonstrate working knowledge of brief/scope documents, design concepts
• Experience of working with structural design software packages such as Tekla Structural Designer, Tedds
• Experience in CAD software such as Revit
• Experience of working with clients and contractors with a diverse range of objectives in achieving a technical solution
